The material connection, stated plainly

Under the US Federal Trade Commission’s guidance, anybody endorsing a product must disclose a material connection to the seller clearly and conspicuously. Ours is a commission on sales. That is disclosed on the homepage in the body of the page rather than only in the footer, at the point of every ordering link, and here in full.

What we are and are not

We are not the manufacturer. We did not formulate SodaFit, we do not make it, bottle it, store it or ship it.

We are not the retailer. We do not take your order, process your payment, see your card details, hold your data or issue your refund.

We are not endorsed by either. Nothing on this site should be read as the manufacturer’s or retailer’s own statement, except where we quote them and say so.

What the commission does not change

An incentive to sell is real and pretending otherwise would insult you. What we can do is bind ourselves to rules that cost us money, and then tell you what they are so you can check whether we keep them.

• No invented figures. The manufacturer does not publish per-ingredient amounts, so no per-ingredient amount appears anywhere on this site — not as an estimate, a range or a chart. A page full of confident milligram figures would convert better. It would also be fiction.
• Honest savings arithmetic. The official page advertises discounts against a much higher list price. We compare each pack against the $79 per-bottle rate you can actually pay, which produces smaller, truer savings figures than the ones we could have quoted.
• No invented bonuses. The offer includes no free guides or eBooks, so none are shown here, with or without a made-up dollar value.
• Borrowed reviews are labelled as borrowed. The customer quotes on this site were published by the manufacturer. They are attributed as such and never paired with a stock photograph to make them look independently verified.
• Downsides go first. The caffeine content, the missing amounts and the 30-day condition on the guarantee appear on the homepage, not buried in the small print.
• No disease claims, ever. Ingredients are described by what they are included to support. Nothing here treats, cures or prevents anything.

Editorial independence

Neither the manufacturer nor the retailer reviews, approves or pays for our content. Nobody has a right of reply before publication and nobody has asked for one. If our assessment of this product changes, the pages change, whatever that does to the commission.

How the tracking works

Ordering links carry an identifier so the retailer can attribute a sale to this site. If you arrive here with campaign parameters in the URL, those are passed along to the ordering link. None of this identifies you to us personally; see our privacy policy.

Advertising

We do not currently run display advertising. If that changes, ad units will be visually distinguishable from editorial content and this page will be updated first.
